Is it time to automate your cutting process?

The Razer V5 supports any combination of manual or automated material handling systems, dust extraction and extended waste conveyors.

You can fully customise the Razer V5 saw  to meet your exact budget, layout and operational needs.

You get someone on there and within half a day they can operate the saw themselves. They pick it up very easily, without any concerns that they will have an accident, unlike the pull saws.

~Drew, Rainbow Frame and Truss

Not only is the Razer Saw faster, more accurate and safer, it is less physical, reducing the impact on the operator.

~Troy, Dahlsens Ballarat

The Razer saw has improved our production..from speed and accuracy to OHS. It has replaced 2 semi-automated pull saws and has enabled us to cut sharp angles that previously we were unable to. The accuracy of the saw is impressive, and the back-up service is second to none.

~Andrew, Dahlsens Ballarat

..reasons for purchasing a second saw is the printing capabilities that the P3 offers in terms of plate marking and truss component placing. These help the assembly team to work smarter not harder to meet the production levels required to satisfy our customer expectations.

~George, Thompsons ITM

We needed our linear saws to be accurate, reliable, fast and easy to use. Responsive and timely support from the manufacturer was a prime consideration. Once we’d decided on the Razer V5, the install and training by the Vekta team was very positive…
