The P3 printer is a high resolution, highly configurable option for the Razer saw and is used to print position-dependent information onto the cut components in real time.
You get someone on there and within half a day they can operate the saw themselves. They pick it up very easily, without any concerns that they will have an accident, unlike the pull saws.

What production volume can the P3 Printer support?
The P3 Printer supports 450 – 550 typical frame components per hour – the same production speed as the Razer Linear Saw (no slowdowns for any amount of printing).
What is the timber printing quality like?
You can expect 300dpi (photo quality) greyscale printing.
Are there other printing options?
Yes! The P3 is our top and side, variable height, 16-head printer. Standard Member Designation only printers can also be included in your Razer build, this 2-head variant will still produce all your customer designation data on the side of timbers (including double stacks). It is upgradable at any time.
