As a new reward system for Vekta employees who are performing outstandingly, Vekta has initiated an Employee of the Month nomination. Giving employees a chance to nominate those who they believe are deserving of the reward and giving recognition to Employees who are outstanding in not only their work but also their personal relationships within the workplace.

For our very first Employee of the Month, January, our winner is Dinesh Patel. Dinesh was awarded with this as he is “always willing to help everyone and give out information when necessary,” “for consistent outstanding performance and above and beyond effort and availability,” “giving more than 100% on site for fixing a problem,” and “and just an all-round nice guy!” among other things. Dinesh is the kind of person you want to work with, not only is he amazing at his job, he is a lovely person too. He is the perfect example for The very first Employee of the Month Awards.
