Our Mechanical Engineer, Roeland, has been working on developing a new feature for the Razer saws that is designed to detect the direction and severity of the natural bow in a piece of timber, all while the piece of timber is on the infeed system. These details about the timber will help Vekta to develop a simple automated process to flip the board, if needed, so that the direction of the bow is in it’s optimum orientation when assembled into it’s final product.
