Simply load timber into the Vekta AIT and the system takes care of the rest. The AIT ensures high production rates by minimising your Razer’s down time. Each AIT includes the Vekta Follower which improves accuracy and reduces maintenance costs.
The OFK incorporates a conveyor belt and a pneumatic push-off arm to ensure the saw runs continuously. Vekta also has options available including multiple kick off systems.

There are several options for handling waste with the Razer saws. One popular version is a low profile, extended waste conveyor module where waste is brought away from the saw and dropped into a standard bin. The extended waste conveyor is fully integrated into the saw and only runs when required saving you electricity and time.
Vekta’s surge protection kit offers a significant level of protection to the entire machine. Included are two levels of protection- the first is designed to handle large significant power surges (caused by lightning). The second filters out small transient spikes. The kit also monitors the quality of power supply coming in. If a problem is detected, the machine notifies the operator and takes steps to prevent damage to the Razer.
This kit enables the saw to automatically verify the width of each piece of timber before making the first cut. The kit is designed to assist in catching operator loading errors on the infeed system early enough to make the problem rectifiable quickly and easily. Correcting problems later can be costly and time consuming.
